Project included planning and design for a $540,000 renovation of the existing small auditorium/ theater space located in the Fine Arts Building. The renovation included space reconfiguration and re-purposing, lighting upgrades, mechanical modification, new finishes and ceiling treatments. The scope also included planning and design of a new AV system and allocation for future technologies.
