New Horizon Church Intl. & Hinds Community College

A strategic and collaborative partnership between several state agencies, a local college and local church resulted in this great endeavor to offer a job center with career and technical training in one location. DDG was asked to re-imagine the use for an existing and unoccupied building in a former shopping center.

DDG was able to skillfully and creatively provide a pleasing solution that highlights the entities vision of transformation and innovation. The scope of work (SOW) consists of the partial improvements and upgrades to 165,000 square feet of existing spaces owned by New Horizon Church to be used to accommodate new programmatic functions as directed to meet the needs
for Hinds Community College. The upgrades will entail space planning modifications to with new interior finishes and improvements to plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as required for new work.
