Pre-planning Project for the renovation and addition of an existing 2,000 square foot Administration building and 1,000 square foot Lab facility. Project included facility evaluations and assessments, environmental testing, historical evaluation, and master planning for future growth and flexibility. Work Scope includes a 4,500 square foot new administration electrical
systems. Awarded project through Mississippi’s Department of Finance and Administration, Office of the Bureau of Buildings.
