Project consists of the master planning, design, and construction of a phased renovation approach for the existing dairy building and surrounding structures to accommodate new programmatic functions as developed to accommodate Owner’s requirements. The existing facility will be assessed and evaluated
for building envelope, Code, ADA, and environmental improvements.
