INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY - PREPLAN

​

Project included a feasibility and planning study of an existing hotel site for the conversion into an independent living facility with retail and church programmatic functions allotted on the proposed campus. Extensive planning and programming lead to a holistic design that will be used as tool to bring all ages together in a living, work and educational environment. Phasing was also programmed to offer a methodology for cost savings and futures adaptation of the site.
