A multi-phased project that entailed master planning, programming and architectural design. The project features the new construction of a 22,000 square foot Cafeteria/Culinary Arts training facility and a 10,000 square foot Carpentry/Warehouse facility with renovations to several of the existing facilities. Although an extremely complex project due to existing site constraints, the master plan and design will set the campus standard for years to come and aid the Department of labor with future planning.
