Elmer joined DDG as a program manager and construction administrator in 2017. He is formally trained in engineering and served as an engineering supervisor at a leading technology company. He has amassed over 19 years of experience in the engineering and technology fields and his knowledge of construction makes him valuable to any building project. Since joining the team, Elmer has been involved with a variety of projects from the start of construction to project closeouts.
